For Leaders at any level i.e., C-level, executives, emerging leaders, and people managers who apply a coaching mindset or coach approach to get the best out of their talent, enable growth for future success and yield organizational and team performance. The AC requires a minimum of 25 hours of coaching delivery* (as a leader or a manager) to join at this level. The coaching experience can include coaching both inside or outside a team.
